- 6-8 Peppers Red Jalapeno Peppers
- 1 Can Tomato Sauce (8oz)
- 1/3 Cup Water
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Cayenne Powder
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 Cup Vinegar
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
Wash and rough chop the Jalapeno peppers
Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth (add more vinegar and water to taste if you need to thin the sauce)
Add the contents of the blender to the stove pot
Bring the sauce to a boil, reduce heat to low-medium and simmer for 5-10 minutes
Pour into a container and let cool before serving or storing
